Personal Effectiveness

Communication is a big factor in our life and important skill we need in everyday life such as for your job, school, or trying to talk to other people or whatever it could be.

People without good communication skills will find it very hard to get there point of view across towards other people and may struggle to express their feelings or ideas that could effective there job or in school.

Time management is good skill to have and can be big role to play in your everyday life , helps you be organised on time and not be pancing at last second trying find your stuff.

Being bad with time can lead being late to work forgetting certain things for school and get you into serious trouble.

Assertiveness such as passive and assertive and also aggressive.

Can be treating people respectfully or standing up for yourself against someone who may be aggressive.
